C3 Water is pleased to announce the upcoming addition of Diego Prashad, P.Eng. to our team in the position of Municipal Infrastructure Project Manager. Diego is a Project Manager with a background in design engineering, construction management, and inspection. He has over 12 years of progressive, hands on experience working in the area of municipal infrastructure, engineering design and construction management. Diego has proven to be highly capable in all facets of the municipal infrastructure construction process from studies and concept development, through preliminary and detailed design, agency approvals, estimating project costs, and contract document preparation, tendering support, contract administration and field design optimization.
